These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 575bd platform, including the website at 575bd.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional features, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 575bd.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 575bd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Access to and use of the 575bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion scheme and have not requested that your account be closed.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 575bd or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are using your own funds to gamble and are not depositing proceeds derived from criminal activity.

To access real-money gaming and betting features on the 575bd Platform, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 575bd reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, deposits, and withdrawals.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person.

Account Verification (KYC)

575bd may at any time request that a player complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued identification document and proof of the registered mobile number. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 575bd may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 is processed.
• 575bd reserves the right to request re-verification at any time if account activity suggests a discrepancy with registered information.
• Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the 575bd Privacy Policy.

575bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via Bangladesh's mobile money ecosystem. No international payment methods are currently supported. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits and conditions set out below.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via payment accounts not registered in the player's own name will be rejected and returned.
• Deposits are credited to the player's 575bd wallet upon confirmation of payment. In most cases this occurs within seconds. 575bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• 575bd does not charge platform-side fees for deposits. Your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule, which is outside the control of 575bd.
• 575bd reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on deposits that appear inconsistent with a player's normal account activity.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement associated with the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 575bd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes of approval. Delays beyond 24 hours will be communicated to the player by the support team.
• 575bd reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending verification of the player's identity or source of funds, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

575bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

• Each player is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus or sign-up promotion once only. Multiple claims using different accounts, devices, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction constitute abuse of promotions.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses on 575bd is 20x the bonus amount. This requirement must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 575bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect any bonus that has already been claimed and is being actively used in accordance with its terms.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or markets specified in the relevant promotion. Unrestricted bonuses may be used on any game or market available on the Platform.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts — will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Free spins issued as part of a promotion are credited to the specified game only and expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in that promotion.

All games available on the 575bd Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own published rules, accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in the game provider's system shall be treated as the definitive outcome.

Casino and Slots Rules

• Players must have sufficient wallet balance to place a bet. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be rejected. 575bd is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's device or network.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. Partial or completed rounds are recorded by the game provider's server and are not affected by client-side disconnection.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or promotional periods. Where a maximum win applies, the relevant promotion or game terms will state the applicable cap.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to that sport as published on the Platform. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned.
• 575bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, the market was suspended at the time of placement, or where evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is found.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 575bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform, as well as referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions imposed by 575bd.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification, including impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

575bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 575bd.
• A request from the player to self-exclude or close their account under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the player's account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the player's wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings to control their spending.
• Session time limits: players may set reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting the support team.
• 575bd does not permit re-activation of a self-excluded account during the exclusion period under any circumstances. This restriction exists to protect the player.

All content on the 575bd Platform, including website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 575bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any element of the Platform without the express written consent of 575bd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 575bd, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including all losses on casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets.
• Loss or damage arising from technical failures, system downtime, network interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 575bd.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any commercial loss arising from use of or reliance on the Platform.

575bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the Privacy Policy at any time from the footer of the 575bd website.

575bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, 575bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by direct communication to the player's registered contact details. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you should first contact the 575bd support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. 575bd aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
